This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, share, and use information collected when you use www.practicepanther.com (the “Website”), as well as any of our products and services, including our cloud-based legal management solution (accessed through app.practicepanther.com), mobile application and related training or support (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Website or Services, you signify that you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy you must discontinue using the Website and the Services.

If you purchase Services from us, you must provide contact information (including name, billing address, telephone number, and where applicable, professional details such as your bar membership number) and payment information (such as card number and expiration date or other financial information including credit scores obtained from credit reference agencies).

Panther Software Partners

Panther Software engages in marketing and promotional activities with carefully screened brands, or, “Partners,” which we think will appeal to our Users. From time to time, Partners may also be provided with non- identifying or aggregate information indicating the demographic information of Users on our Website, buying behavior, and opportunities to market to select segments of our customer base indirectly. Panther Software Affiliates
