Peeping Tom

A sexual deviant who enjoys hiding and watching people through their windows having sex, changing their clothes, bathing, etc. This is a commonly used term in movies and is a part of the American lexicon and the example that is most often portrayed is a young girl being watched by an older man. But, that is not always the case. The deviant behavior may not result in a rape or other sexual assault, either.
